Lungiswa Mgoduka
Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director with 4 years of health and safety experience across diverse construction projects including RDP housing, infrastructure, and building development. Consistently achieves 95%+ audit scores with zero fatalities through effective safety systems and comprehensive training programs.
Simamkele Madayile
Director
With 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Built Environment and Safety Consulting, he has been involved in numerous projects from initiation to closeout stages for both Government and Private Organizations. Currently leading the Project Management Unit for the Eastern Cape Department of Health across 5 Districts, overseeing project stages from Stage 1 to Stage 6. Driven by enthusiasm for quality service delivery, his expertise encompasses interpersonal relations, customer care service, quality assurance and management with a focus on effective, efficient and economic service delivery.
